From San Fernando Valley/Burbank: Take the 5 Freeway South to Los Feliz East. Pass two lights, to the first left-hand turn lane, which is Garden Avenue. Turn left. The second building on the right is a Spanish style duplex, 4021 & 4023 Garden Avenue. Enter the bottom unit.
From San Gabriel Valley: Take the 5 Freeway North to the Los Feliz exit. Turn Right at the exit’s light. Pass one light to the first left-hand turn lane, which is Garden Avenue. Turn left. The second building on the right is a Spanish style duplex, 4021 & 4023 Garden Avenue. Enter the bottom unit.
From Hollywood/West Hollywood: Take Western North. Above Franklin, the road sharply turns to the right, and Western becomes Los Feliz. Continue for about two miles and after reaching the bottom of the hill, you’ll pass over the 5 Freeway. Pass two lights, to the first left-hand turn lane, which is Garden Avenue. Turn left.
