wonder why i'm still keeping this site up since i never come here and
pretty much only update birthdays and stuff, and even those i
miss. last month i missed mandy's (well, i didn't miss or forget

Big Voice: GOD or Merman". this is steve
and jimmy's new show post TLS, and is getting rave reviews
with absolutely no advertising, its been word of mouth only (except
until the reviews hit, now they've got people sitting on the floor
again, they're so crammed in to see it). so make plans, buy your
tickets, and come see it!

A benefit for
Broadway
Cares/Equity Fights AIDS
HAIR
CARES will be a
one-night-only benefit performance taking place on Sunday,
November 10, 2002. Cast members from the Broadway production of HAIRSPRAY
have donated their time and talents to produce a show that will
feature an eclectic mix of original music and variety performances
and it is sure to be one of the most unique and fun benefits this
year. The cast list has just been announced.. and there are a few
surprises.
Moving from "host" to "performer," Hairspray
star HARVEY FIERSTEIN is now scheduled to
perform and Hairspray lead MARISSA JARET WINOKUR
will host.

Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA) is the nation's leading
industry-based, not-for-profit AIDS fundraising and grant making
organization. BC/EFA is the ongoing, committed response from the
American Theatre community to an urgent worldwide health crisis.
By drawing upon the talents, resources, and generosity of this
community, BC/EFA raises funds for AIDS-related causes across the
United States. Since its founding in 1988, BC/EFA has raised over
$50 million for critically needed services for people with AIDS,
HIV or HIV-related illnesses.
