i updated the bios (almost done anyway).  one of these days maybe i'll actually set up a new board if i'm ever in once spot for more than an hour at a time :-)

man, this is interesting - brett talked to the ordway people (st. paul: december 21 - january 1) and they told him they're thinking of doing a lottery *over the internet* and they'd just pick random names from whoever enters the 'drawing'.  definitely a first for RENT.

It's instrumental versions - with a full orchestra - of songs from recent musicals (Scarlet Pimpernel, The  Life, RENT (Seasons), Titanic, The Lion King, Les Miz, Ragtime, etc...). I've been listening to it, and it's actually really great!  The Seasons of  Love version starts out like the regular music and builds into this full orchestra sound that's beautiful. Anyway, if any of you like that kind of thing to listen to (instrumental--fun to sing along with), then you might like the CD."
