it's 2005 and i haven't updated here in 2 years, not since amber's last birthday.  well, it's that time again, chica!

i'm also updating cuz there's been so much hysteria and there's currently so much frantic energy going on surrounding the making of the RENT movie.  finally.  it's really happening this time.  there's tons of good candid shots of the filming and the cast and fans out there on the internet already (that's only a small sample), and huge discussion threads on various boards, as well as postings by various cast members on both their own sites (ie, idina) and fan sites (this is a good one, forget-regret.net, scroll down on each page to find what you're looking for, it drove me crazy at first until i figured that out, lol).  it amazes me RENT is still so popular - italy is talking about the movie, so is the UK.  ah, the "next generation".  fun :-)
