I'm still enjoying the afterglow of my first viewing of RENT. Wow! The troupe held the Buffalo audience's hearts right from the beginning, not an easy task in a conservative town. The performance touched my heart in a way I can't quite verbalize. I can say that I cried though the finale and once home sought out this site to learn more. Thank you to the cast, producers, and creators of RENT for reminding me what the human spirit is capable of- in both art and life.
