It's Over...
Sue

Ok - hell must truly have frozen over, because here I am posting on the Angel Cast board with my name (those of you who know me or have gotten to me over the last couple of years know how rare of a feat this is for me).

Just got home from San Francisco, and my head is just swimming with things to say... so I'll start off by saying what I wrote on something this weekend with regards to this insanity:

Someone in the Angel Cast once said that Rent was a bridge, and not a place to live.

Thank you to the Angel Cast for making that bridge an awfully fun place to hang out.

This has been a very strange and a very magical two year ride for me following this cast -- filled with the entire spectrum of emotion - from utter joy at finally getting this show in my hometown, to utter sadness when it left to the thrill and prospect of getting to travel to see it, joy when my favorite swings and/or ensemble members were promoted into principle roles and incredible frustration when others who deserved to were not.

I can't imagine ever following anything so closely for so long again, but yet I wouldn't trade any of the experiences that I've had for anything in the world. This set of experiences has taught me a lot, and has taken me to places I would've never dreamed I'd be and faces I'd never dream I'd meet. It's been an emotional, incredible, exhausting weekend for everyone who was in SF for Rent - but it was all worth it.

To my old friends from the Angel Tour - Stacey, Cas, Andrew, Lynde, Missy, Pete, Jen, Kathleen, Barry, Frank, Julie, Gen, Melissa (all of you), Sharon, Kenn, Tania, Darcy, Catharine, Rob, Buzz, Meg, Jenn - and all of you I've failed to mention (due to lack of sleep) - it's been fun traveling with you over these last years... let's continue the random roadtrips now that our excuse to travel has closed.

To my new friends from SF - Alicia, Jasen, Sanna, Suzie, Matt and Dwayne - it's been great getting to know you - and I was thrilled to be able to share this incarnation of the Angel Cast with you in your city.

To everyone - keep in touch.

Thank you Jonathan Larson and
Thank you to the Angel Cast!!!
